These General Terms and Conditions (“Timeless Voucher Terms and Conditions“) apply to the purchase and use of vouchers issued by New Horizon GmbH (“New Horizon“) and sold via the Timeless platform (“Timeless Voucher“).
By clicking on the “Buy now” button, the respective buyer (“buyer“) submits a binding purchase offer for the Timeless voucher determined by the buyer according to the design options available on the Timeless platform. Before submitting his purchase offer, the buyer can check and, if necessary, correct his details. The purchase contract is concluded by New Horizon’s declaration of acceptance, which is declared by email. There is no entitlement to acceptance of the purchase offer.
All purchase prices are total prices and include the applicable VAT. Any additional costs incurred, such as shipping costs, are stated separately in the respective purchase prices. The respective purchase prices are due immediately.
The following payment methods are available: Credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Purchased Timeless vouchers will be sent by New Horizon to the purchaser by email immediately after receipt of payment of the purchase price.
Timeless vouchers can only be used for the purchase of asset fractions (excluding fees) that are offered for sale for the first time by New Horizon as a seller on the Timeless platform (so-called drop). The use of Timeless vouchers for the purchase of asset fractions offered for sale by other users in the context of trading is excluded.
Buyers can transfer Timeless vouchers to other users.
In order to use Timeless vouchers, the holders of Timeless vouchers must scan the respective QR codes of the Timeless vouchers via smartphone or click on the respective link of the Timeless voucher and log in via their user account or register on the Timeless platform. The voucher amount will then be credited to the holder.
The Timeless voucher is valid for three years, starting at the end of the year in which the Timeless voucher was purchased.
The warranty is governed by the statutory provisions.
If the buyer is a consumer in accordance with Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (i.e. a natural person who concludes the purchase contract for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity), the buyer has a right of cancellation with regard to the purchase contract in accordance with the following provisions.

Consequences of cancellation If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. |

The Timeless voucher conditions will be sent by email from New Horizon after the purchase contract has been concluded.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers may at any time invoke more favourable provisions of their home law.
The contract language is German and English. The German version of the Timeless voucher conditions is decisive for the interpretation.
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform is available at http://www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. New Horizon is neither obliged nor willing to participate.
Should individual provisions of the Timeless Voucher Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, unenforceable or unenforceable in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity, enforceability and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Timeless Voucher Terms and Conditions. The invalid, illegal, unenforceable and/or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be replaced by a valid, legal and enforceable provision which corresponds as far as possible to the spirit and economic purpose of the Timeless Voucher Terms and Conditions and the original intention of the parties.
